We purchased four pairs of glasses in July: one pair of sunglasses, one pair for my high school daughter, and two pairs for myself—progressive glasses and monitor glasses.
The optometrist was very kind and answered all our questions patiently.
Dana, who assisted us, was fantastic. From our first meeting, she guided us through the entire process, from selecting the right lenses for each of us to choosing frames and the final fitting.
The overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming, with all staff being friendly. Even while waiting, we felt comfortable and at ease.
Particularly, my daughter’s first pair of glasses required multiple visits for adjustments, and we received excellent, attentive service each time.
We will definitely be returning for our next set of glasses.
