Shipping policy

Laws in Ontario state all prescription eyewear must be dispensed by an Optician. This requires all orders to be picked up, rather than shipped to you directly.

This also helps us maintain quality control, ensuring vision is superb, and every pair fits just right.

Order Processing and Shipping:
Processing durations may differ based on the specific product. For accurate product availability information, please refer to the individual product page. Additionally, allocate an extra 2-5 business days for order processing. Specialized orders, such as those for toric or multifocal lenses, might require additional time since they are sourced directly from the manufacturers.

Delivery And Tracking:
Packages are delivered via ICS or Canada Post. A tracking number is provided by email.

Restrictions:
In cases where ICS or Canada Post are unable to deliver to your address, we will attempt alternative shipping methods. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if suitable delivery options are not available.
